About this Profile

The KISIMVisumIdentifier profile defines an identifier used to represent a KISIM Visum, which is a KISIM locally assigned approval or authorization marker.

It is used within KISIM to associate actions or responsibilities with an authorized user.

Identifier Semantics

• identifier.system SHALL contain the KISIM-specific OID.
• The identifier value represents the assigned Visum.
• The identifier type is fixed to PN (Person number) according to HL7 v2-0203.

KISIM Context

The identifier system is expected to follow the KISIM OID structure, for example:

urn:oid:2.16.756.5.30.1.163.1.2.<customer>.<environment>
